Food

For everything from canapes to a full six course menu and for special meals for two to wedding receptions for hundreds of guests, James and his team at Bensons of Broadway make the best food in the Cotswolds.  James's blog is also a must for any foodies out there - Cotswold Food Year.  The food we serve with James is simply delicious and James will deisgn the perfect menu to fit your theme and tastes.

InviteInThePost is run by Davina who creates the most fantastic handmade wedding invitations (including the famous "Keep Calm: We're Getting Married" range).  She will help you to have your chosen theme running through your wedding from save the date cards, to her unique pop up table plans and she will even work with James from Bensons to put your theme on his menus at your reception.  Davina creates designs for any occasion - not just weddings!

Music

Your choice of music can have a huge impact on the feel of your party.  If a disco is what your party needs, look no further than Peter French who has great experience with weddings and is a resident at many of Cheltenham's top nighttime venues.  He also does karaoke and excellent light shows.

Flowers

The Flower Hire Company, owned and managed by the lovely Val, is a fantastic way to save 50-70% on the cost of your flowers.  Her displays look beautiful and with table centres from just £10 you could save a fortune.  The average cost of wedding flowers with Val last year was £220 (compared with £300-500 nationally).  These flowers are also better for the environment, cutting down on the massive carbon footprint left by imported flowers grown in articificially heated greenhouses.

Mobile Creche and Babysitters

Emma and her team at ElfSitters provide wonderful mobile creches and babysitting services - perfect when you're inviting lots of guests who don't live in the Cotswolds who need to bring their little ones with them.  With ElfSitters on hand the adults are free to enjoy the party knowing their children are being looked after by experienced, and fully checked and trained staff.
